1. Overview

At Maymadi Online Store, we partner with trusted US-based and international suppliers to deliver your orders as quickly and reliably as possible. All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our suppliers on our behalf.

 


 

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and forwarded to our suppliers within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

 


 

3. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We prioritize US-based suppliers for fast domestic delivery.

Availability of shipping methods may vary by product and supplier. Options will be displayed at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier's website or via our order status page at: https://maymadi.com/

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping notification.

 


 

5. Split Shipments

If your order contains items from multiple suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.

 


 

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes (e.g., holidays or sales events)

  • Carrier delays or disruptions

  • Customs clearance for international orders

  • Weather or natural events beyond our control

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate with the supplier.

 


 

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:

  • Check with neighbors and around your property

  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number

  • Reach out to us at shop@maymadi.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date

We will work with the supplier and carrier to resolve the issue. Replacements or refunds for lost packages are handled on a case-by-case basis.

 


 

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at shop@maymadi.com — we will attempt to correct it before the order is forwarded to the supplier, but this cannot be guaranteed.
