Maymadi Online Store operates on a dropshipping model. All products are sourced from third-party suppliers who handle inventory and fulfillment. Our return and refund policy reflects the terms and conditions set by our suppliers.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase and photo evidence of the issue are provided

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Final sale or clearance items

How to Request a Return

Contact us at shop@maymadi.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will review your request and coordinate with our supplier on your behalf.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and the supplier confirms receipt (where applicable), refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will investigate with the supplier. Refunds or replacements for lost shipments are handled on a case-by-case basis.
